We are excited to host this year’s annual W. L. Porter Celebrity Golf Tournament on September 18, 2021 at Fox Meadows Golf Course, 3064 Clarke Road, Memphis, TN, 38115. Your sponsorship helped make last year’s incredibly successful and we look forward to another safe and enjoyable tournament!

For eight years, this golf event has gathered men and women from all walks of life for a day of fun, fellowship, and networking in Shelby County, Tennessee. It has gained national acclaim because of the legacy of its namesake; Bishop W.L. Porter founded both Community Project Incorporated and Greater Community Temple COGIC which partner to host this tournament.

Each year we offer an opportunity for business and personal sponsorships to defray costs and give scholarships to the youth. These dollars support jobs, recreation, and enhanced education for hundreds of children during the summer months.

The Sponsorship:

• Green fee is $75 per person and $300 per team of four, this includes lunch, prizes, trophies, and gifts. Registration begins at 8:00 am, and tee-off is at 9:00 am.

• General hole sponsorship is $500. The 9th and 18th holes are each $800.

• Signage for your business or organization will be displayed at your holes. We only need your logo and verbiage to make your sign!
